VRM ID for Multiplus II

Hello, is there a way i get the VRM portal ID from the serial number and part number?

Hi @Sam Mwangi

Unless it has a GX gateway aboard, then there's no set relationship for a 'bare' Multiplus to any particular VRM account. Google suggests that PN doesn't include a GX, and it will have GX clearly on the front cover if it does.
