we have a 3phase supply, only using two of the phases. we have two Multiplus 2 48/5000/70,one on each phase with 10 x Pylontech us2000c batteries. we recently had a power cut and since then the mains AC in on the inverters won't come in. we also have a wind turbine fitted.
Also we have taken the inverters away and tested the grid relay offsite and its works fine, any ideas would be appreciated.
so you are using 2 inputs l1 and out to load l1 on one inverter and l2 on the other with output going to load l2 .
so the outputs are not connected. so really each inverter is running as a single unit.
If so then there has to be a GX unit for each unit you cannot connect the two units VE.BUS connection together both to the same GX as a example.
so a wiring diagram of how its all connected would be helpfull.
(They can both run off the same battery bank. BMS control may become a issue depending on how the BMS is being controlled
remove all VE bus connections and see if it then works
