VRM Portal zeigt keine ausgehende Energie an

Hallo liebe Community,

ich habe ein Problem mit dem VRM Portal, im Cerbo GX wird es korrekt angezeigt:

Im Portal zur selben Zeit:

Auch die Zum Netz Werte laufen nicht hoch (bleibt bei 0). Habt Ihr eine Idee?
