VRM Portal Record missing

Hi there,

I have used the VRM Portal for almost 2 years now but when I returned to my part time home after about 7 weeks (which was without internet connection for that time) and tried to log onto the portal it asked me for a new installation. When I then entered my ID all my previous data is gone. Everything else is functioning as always but I dearly would like my record back. Can anyone help me with this.

Hi @Ravioli,

I am looking into what has happened to cause this, and what can be done to fix it.

In the mean time, your historical data is available for you to view in your VRM but as a seperate installation (that is no longer updating) - you might need to accept an invitation email that has been sent to you to view it.

Ho @Ravioli , we looked into this, and are certain that it didn’t get deleted by itself. All the logs show it was deleted by a user, coming from the same ip address as the one thats normally used for monitoring the site.
