VRM Remote Console doesn't connect

Hi guys.

Have problems connecting to the Remote Console over VRM. Can't reboot my Gateway (Cerbo GX) because I'm like 20 km from my system. Everything seems to be enabled as it should but still not able to connect.

Any help appreciated.

Problem solved. A bad HDMI extension cable gave the image but not the touch touchfunction.

Thinks that Victron should produce extension cables that are known to work in different lengths. Both USB and HDMI. In my case, I had to reconnect my HDMI cable in the motorhome (Morelo) from the electrical space at the back to the house part, which took me 4 hours.
