Victron Centaur and Venus GX

I have a Victron Centaur and a Victron Multiplus inverter/charger on a boat we recently purchased. I am research to see if a Venus GX can integrate with both the Centaur and Multiplus for battery monitoring. The Centaur manual seemed pretty sparse on details and the Venus GX data sheet does not mention the Centaur at all.

Our goal is to monitor the three separate battery banks off the Victron equipment. Any insights are appreciated.

Hi it will interface with the Multiplus directly

However the Centaur cannot be directly interfaced.


I would add a battery monitor ie a BMV712 and then you can see the output from all the battery chargers as well. and the net current being drawn from the batteries
