MY CCGX SHOWS DEVICES AND DEVICES INFO ON DEVICES LIST; BUT DOES NOT SHOW THE INFO ON INTUITIVE SYSTEM OVERVIEW

Hi all.

I´m having this problem few years ago. How can I fix it?

The picture shows an example. Devices list shows all info good but on the interactive system overview doesn´t.

Click the button under Pages,

then the left or right on the centre button until you see the screen you want to use.

Then the centre button to select.

Hi @Alexandra , ok I will try it.

Just, but to be clear my problem is:
Devices list: shows alldevices info good.

Example:

Interactive system overview: doesn´t show any device nor their info.

I am sorry i missed that.

Have you tried an update and is the problem present on the tiles view?

There is a possibility that if you update it, it will clear. If it cannot update then it needs to be repaired.
