Cerbo GX Configuration

Hello community,

I have questions about my Cerbo GX configuration.

I have the following configuration, currently.

I have a Cerbo GX, a Phoenix Smart IP43 charger and a BMV-712 Smart.

If I am in Bluetooth reception range, then I can query everything directly, no problem.

Of course, I also want to know what the status is when I'm on the road.

I have learned that I can't see the Phoenix Smart IP43 charger when I'm on the road, so I don't know if there is no power connection. OK, I'll have to think of something.

But I would have thought that I would see more data from the BMV-712 Smart.

I have two batteries on it (main and auxiliary). However, I only see the main battery.

I made an extra VE.Direkt connection by cable, but no change.

I cannot add the BMV-712 Smart to the configuration in the Cerbo GX.

Enclosed is a screen shot of what I currently see.

Maybe someone can give me some tips on what I am doing wrong.

Many thanks in advance

Jens

@jjm

Is the 712 visible in the menu of the cerbo under devices? If it is not then there may be something wrong with the cable. You wont get any data from it.

If you have smart networked any of the system then it is also possible that is interfering.

I'm thinking the problem is your cable. Which port do you have it plugged into on the CERBO..from your controller?20210806-214654.jpg

Now I see the Solar input..(at home too)
