Color Control GX not powering.

I have a color control that doesn't power up. When I connect the power input cables, the led by the input port does not light, and the screen does not start.

This GX device was in use in a site that had faulty batteries for about 2 years.

I've also checked the pcb and nothing seems amiss.

Did you check the inline fuse?
