I’ve just installed my 3000 multiplus but am unable to connect to either the DMC or VE bus smart dongle. Whenever the rj45 is plugged in, the inverter would not turn on at all, unless I disconnect the cable. I’ve tried to connect both the DMC and the dongle separately but both wouldn’t be able to find the inverter and the inverter wouldn’t even turn on manually if the RJ cable it connected.
