Smart Shunt 500A not showing battery state

My Smart Shunt in my 2 battery RV setup (wired as below) is not remembering the last charge setting when the bluetooth connection is broken. For example, batteries are 100% charged and the Android Victron App is connected to the shunt. In the RV, I run out both slides and the fridge is on (draws about 7Ah) overnight. In the morning I start the app to check the remaining battery capacity and it shows 100%. How the heck is that possible?!? I KNOW that I've drained some of the battery overnight. What am I doing wrong?

Does your fridge work with the battery cut-off switch turned off?

Check the charged voltage setting

my guess is that the battery voltage is higher than this setting if it is then the SOC will stay at 100%

on a 12 volt system the voltage is usually set at 14 volts, theis is the tripper for the display to change to 100% when the battery is full

also charged detection time and tail current affect when its triggered as well

Also the battery ground is not connected correctly
