Is there a smart Voltage AND Current profile for any Victron device to manage lithium batteries that looks for the Knee in the charging to determine full?

If you by "knee" you refer to the transition between bulk and absorption, then all Victron chargers do this. The charge current is held at the set value until the absorption voltage is reached, then the voltage is held allowing the current to reduce. At near zero current, the chargers enter float mode where the battery is held at a lower voltage.
