Automatic Equalization not available

I’m trying to finish setting up my first system and can’t get the automatic synchronization option to work on my 100/50 MPPT SmartSolar controller. I’ve tapped it a hundred different ways and it won’t let me access the option

any idea why it’s not available? Screenshots attached

Hello,

The reason why this happens is because user defined preset is selected from the lithium preset because equalization is not allowed for lithium batteries.

There are two ways to work around this:

Reset factory defaults.

or

Select one of the battery presets different than Lithium and then set it back to user defined.

This will be improved in next VictronConnect version.
