Dc charge current regulation

Just noticed that there's a serious lack of flexibility in the programming of the "Dc charge current regulation" in the MultiPlus assistants.

I'd like to have full charge when AUX2 is CLOSED and no charge when AUX2 is OPEN. But the assistant only allows it the other way around. WHY?

I can't say you why it is like that but what if you use a relay to invert your signal?

Of course I can. Would be the 6th relay involved...

I could also use arduino or build my own electronics...

But the question here is: Why can't I program the inverter as needed? Just a matter of logic... Something for the experts to think about. :)
