The remote VE Config seems to have stopped working
Just tested and worked for me.
Try a different computer with a different internet connection to see if that helps to isolate the issue for further troubleshooting.
I also had this problem, finally rebooting the Cerbo and the computer and changing form firefox to Edge made it possible again.
This also applies for the VE.Direct firmware update. I use FF too, but a change to Edge fixed it. FF is normally very reliable, has Victron done something?..
I am using Firefox I tried this last night at home and again this morning using firefox and could not download the file
HOWEVER on changing to internet explorer I could download the sites.

We are aware of an issue with the most recent firefox versions and are working towards a fix. For now a workaround is:
- enter about:config in the URL bar in firefox
- search for websockets
- set 'network.http.spdy.websockets' from true to false
- reload VRM
