VenusOS stopping a serial device from being associated with a service through serial-starter

Good evening,

Does anyone know if there is a way of stoping a serial interface from being associated with service. I know this is handled via serial-starter and UDEV. But before I go digging I wondered if anyone nows how to block on reboot a serial interface being associated,

I have a CP210x UART Bridge, which is being associated with dbus-cgwacs

Once booted I can issue the stop-tty.ssh ttyUSB0 command to disassociate it.

I have read this howto add a driver to Venus.

Off course the device is not unique and used by other services.
