On Board 12V supply

Hello wanted to power a 12V DC cellular router from a 12V supply that remains active even when inverter is shutdown. Where would be the best point to get that supply from on a Victron system

If you are looking for an always live 12Vdc feed then why not simply tap into your battery bank through an appropriately sized fuse for the cellular router? Your 12Vdc should be live all the time.

Hi @red-dirt,

If you have a 48v system that you need to pull 12v from, then you should use a 48-12 DC-DC Converter; which model you'll need depends on your 12v consumption requirements.
