Ve Bus System - Active input alarm on GX device

Hi there is a alarm on the GX device saying Ve Bus system - Active input. What could this be and how does one rectify it?

please add some screen shots of the alarm you are getting

and check your vrm settings under allarms and see if you have it turn on
