SOC = 0% on a full charged battery.

My question is, should I move the sending unit wire from the Magnasine from the battery to the load side of the shunt to get an accurate SOC reading

Hi David, welcome to the Community!

Not sure what you're referring to by "sending unit wire from the Magnasine", or indeed what you're using to measure your SOC, but assuming that you're referring to a Victron SmartShunt or a BMV-7xx series battery monitor, then the only thing that may be connected to your battery bank negative is the "battery" side of the shunt; all other system negatives must be connected to the "loads and chargers" side of the shunt; there are zero exceptions to this.

For more information, please see the user manual for your battery monitor.
