MPPT 75/15 - Input short circuit

Hi all,

I have a 75/15 installed on a vehicle which recently had a short on the PV input circuit. The wires that shorted were both the PV input feed as well as a 12v feed from a battery. All four wires melted:

Subsequently the controller has been rewired but is not charging. The MPPT is now reading a battery voltage of 13.8-14.4v despite the actual battery voltage (as well as the voltage measured at the terminals in the MPPT) reading actually battery voltage of 11v.

The MPPT is now not producing any charge as a result and has logged no faults.

Is there anything I can do to try revive the charging function? We are out in the bush and not easily able to replace the unit.

Thanks in advance for your input.

The MPPT is not seeing the battery. The 13.8 - 14.4V is coming from within the MPPT from powered from the solar input.
Did you check the blade fuse on the bottom of the MPPT?
