CCGX and Multi shutdown after a week

Multiplus 3000 and CCGX etc,,, in a motor home. After sitting for 4 to 5 days, the Multi is found to have shut down. Wont turn back on with switch on Multi. Will only restart by opening battery isolator, and restarting. Suspect that the Color Control is shutting down after long period with no activity, then the Multi doesnt like losing the the Color control, a full restart is necessary.

Any thoughts? The CCGX power is straight to the battery bus so it shouldnt be losing power.

Was the color control switched off when you came back to the system?

Do you have smart batteries? I have seen some smart batteries switch themselves off when they see what is defined as a parasite load. This would shut everything down and the opening and closing of the breakers would wake them up.

There are some settings to check. Is AES enabled?
