Quattro 48-5000 230 powerassist not working right

Power assist work grate when fist installed but now if set at 40 amps the Quattro starts to assist around 38 amps and stops assisting at 22 amps. I have a new Quattro and it works grate.

Does anybody know the normal assist on/off range.

Like setpoint 6 amps start assisting at 6 amps stops assisting at ? amps
