Feed-in excess solar charge power from Bluesolar not working in ESS with LG RESU

Hi

I am trying setup Feed-in solar excess to the grid when battery it is full . My setup Multiplus 48/3000 and RESU 10 + Bluesolar 150/60. I have switched on Feed-in exces in ESS menu but not working. I do not have energy meter.

VE configure settings are the same as in victron maual.

It is possible with this config?

It is someone who knows why Feed in to the grid not working. Smart meter it is needed to work it?
