Overload on easysolar ll 48/3000 overload on ess

Hello,

a customer has a Easysolar II 48/3000 running with ESS and an ET340.

the AC-out is used for critical loads but never has more than 500w used on ac-out.

ac in is used grid tied and with pahase conpensation.

so multiple times we had the problem is going in overload and not is able to get back working

without shutting ac in down with the circuit breaker.

has someone an idea whats happening on this device?

If it is powering off you may have an issue with LOM detection. see https://www.victronenergy.com/live/ve.bus:grid-codes-and-loss-of-mains-detection

I have run into overload conditions with low power draw and ESS but it was transient, never powered off the inverter and since downgrading the assistant from the latest version, has not reappeared (fingers crossed).
