Can the colour control panel on the easy solar be removed and relocated from the box, the user manual does not indicate this ? If it can, how is the panel removed ?

Easy Solar Colour control panel
You can do this but than you have a big hole in the front plate. You also need some longer cabels for VE.bus, VE.direct and the power supply.
