Is it allowed to install my battery control shunt between Lithium Smart battery and BMS?

My Battery control monitor does not recognize some incoming charging from the solar and b2b booster and therefore shows incorrect capacity. To fix this the installation of the shunt between battery and BMS was recommended - is it possible?

Yes, you should do this.
To count all energy into and out of the battery, the "battery -" terminal of the shunt should be the one and only thing connected to the battery negative post.

The problem with this is that the BMV can kill your battery because it can't be disconnected from the battery by the BMS.
So it will draw energy from the battery even if the BMS already disconnected all loads.

The BMV will take battery power for sure, but it is ~4mA (backlight on). This is less than 0.1Ah per day or less than 3Ah per month. Maybe 1Ah per month with backlight off.
If you did not charge your battery after 1 month maybe you don't need that battery?
