The starter battery gets 13.98V but the cyrix-ct does not open and connect to the board battery (12.6V at this battery). I double checked all the cables, they are connected correctly and well. Any idea why it does not connect?

Strange. I had the same setup until last week and all worked well. I got 14.2V at both the starter and leisure battery.
It looks like your Cyrix is not connecting. Is this a new setup or has it worked before?
If new you can try to connect the 85+ to plus on the battery and start the car and check. Try again with it disconnected. This wire should not be on all the time as it wont separate the batteries.
In the worse case. your Cyrix might be faulty.
