BMV SOC changes when export PV with Mppt

I have a 5kVA Multi II with a 150/70MPPT with 240Ah of Gel Batteries. When the system exports to his non essential circuits during the day the battery SOC starts fluctuating (dropping). Any ideas to help with this?
