SMA & Mutiplus: Overview numbers for Grid feed and AC loads incorrect.

Set-up: 5 kW 48 V Multi (2624430); CCGX (v2.22) ; 2 x SmartSolar Chargers MPPT (v1.37) and 4 x Pylontech US2000 batteries. SMA PV Inverter 3 kW (42008836) connected to Multi AC Output 1.

ESS in Optimized (with BatteryLife) mode and Feed-in excess solarcharger power enabled.

The totals provided on the CCGX overview screen and VMR Dashboard is incorrectly calculated when SMA is producing.

Example: SMA is producing 1430 W
Smart Solar Chargers: 355 W + 214 W
AC Input: - 1607
AC Output: - 1100 W

Calculated AC load: 330 W (1430-1100)

CCGX overview screen and VMR Dashboard displays Grid Feed-in as -3187 W and AC load as 0 on CCGX and +- 50 odd W on Dashboard.

CCGX is adding negative power on AC Output and AC Input AND AC loads to get to - 3187 W to grid. Actual Amount fed to grid is - 1607 W.

System is running 100 % but should be easy to fix calculation error with next upgrade ;)

Hi, it could be that you havent properly set the position (wired on input vs wired on output) of your sma inverter. Its a setting on the ccgx.

Howzit Matthijs,
Awesome! Fixed it and now displays are 100 %.
What foxed me was that one needs to use the "Enter" hotkey to get to this setting, not the "Right Select Key".
Decision pathway on CCGX: Settings -> PV Inverters -> Inverters -> Select Inverter -> Position <Enter> -> AC Output.

PS - have you had a chance to look at the malfunctioning CCGX: https://vrm.victronenergy.com/installation/1738/dashboard to see if she can be resuscitated?
