Solar suitcase connection with 702

I have a 702 battery monitor on my RV. I just bought a solar suitcase for portable solar power which has two alligator clips to connect to the positive and negative terminals of the battery. Which side of the shunt should I clip the negative clip from the solar panel?

The load/ charger side. Battery negative (-) should be connected to battery terminal only,’and any source or drain shall be connected On the other side of the shunt
