Has anybody come accross a CCGX that does not go to sleep and you cannot dim the screen? The latest 2.42 firmware is installed.

This unit is installed on an RV together with a multiplus 12/3000, BMV712 and an MPPT 75/15.

Have you tried setting it within the screen itself?

Device List > Settings > Display & language.

I have not yet had the CCGX in hand, but have guided the client through the settings and it sounds like he is doing it correctly. Not setting it leaves much room for error. But yes, the client has been trying on the unit itself.
