Good day,
I have a problem with the 48/3000 and 48/5000 multiplus inverters.
In the Czech Republic, the central remote control is used. It is used for switching boilers, heat pumps etc.
At my location it is broadcast on 216.6Hz over power lines.
The problem is when using the ESS Assistant.
When the remote control datagram is broadcast, the inverters stop charging or inverting and pass to passtrough.
Is there any solution? new FW?

We're busy developing and testing new firmware that we think also helps with the broadcast tones that influence some systems.

Unfortunately, where we've been able to replicate and solve the issues with other frequencies, we've not been able to replicate the 216.6Hz issue in our simulations so we are still working on that one :(
