How can I set the minimum SOC until the grid fails in an ESS system?

Hi there I have a few weeks old solar system. I have one question: I can change the minimum SOC (unless grid fails) manually. What is the active state of charge? I understand it is a calculation. It used be the same as the minimum SOC? But now it is not?

Confused.

It depends upon which mode the system is is.

Optimised (without BatteryLife) - will discharge to the minimum SOC and this level is not calculated or raised.

Optimised (with BatteryLife) allows a use settable minimum SOC and then it calculates a rising active SOC limit for each passing day that a good charge is not acheived.
