Installing BMV 702 on 6v series batteries

Wanted to verify with you guys before doing the installations. I have attached 2 pics, the first is the current setup of my batteries and the second is the proposed setup with BMV based on my understanding.

Let me know if it’s the correct way before proceeding with the install.

Thanks!

Hello Webbug,
The BMV needs a minimum of 6,5V to work. The B1+ connection is used to measure the battery and to power the BMV. The B2+ connection is just used for voltage measuring.
If in your design you swap the B1+ and the B2+ connection so that the B1+ is connected to the 12V and the B2+ to the midpoint it will work.
