multiplus inverter switching off at 60% battery charge

why does the inverter (multiplus 2400/50) switch off when the batteries are at 60% charge. And is there any way to change this?

2400/50 ???

We need more informations of your system.

I think the Multi shuts down due to a low voltage. Is there any red alarm LED?

ts a 24V system with 12 2v 500AH batteries, I have a bmv700 connected.

The LEd for Low battery comes on when the inverter switches off, and it always reads just under 60% charge when this happens. the battery Voltage is around 22V to 24V at this point - at 100% charge it is reading around 28V to 29V

I hope that all makes sense
