Shore power loss alarm not working

The shore power loss alarm feature released in the latest update doesn't seem to be working for me. Am I missing a pre requisite for operation of the alarm?

Hi, did you configure the AC input types in the ccgx menu?

Pls provide screenshots of relevant settings and some details on the system: such as if this is a multi or quattro?

Hi the input was configured as shorepower and tried it with grid as well. Ac2 was set as nothing.
