CCGX unit not starting

Hi Guys

Received 2 x CCGX units. Fitted 1 to a system. Unit started with Victron Energy logo & then showed "starting" below logo as usual. Next unit went to Victron logo but does not show "starting". Stays with logo for 20 minutes.

I have tried resetting & disconnecting power but will not go the start.

Any thoughts please.

Bring it back to your dealer and get a new one.

Maybe you can try to make a manual firmware update:
https://www.victronenergy.com/live/ccgx:firmware_upgrade_to_v2
But I would suggest to exchange the faulty device.

Please make sure that nothing is connected at all to the CCGX except for the power (and that it is a sufficient voltage and current supply).

I have had CCGX units stuck on a boot loop from damage to the USB extension cable (even with no device/accessory connected).
