CCGX not updating display


When I reboot the CCGX it shows the correct incoming wattage from the MPPT charger, but it never updates the data. Same with the battery voltage. The display shows the wattage/voltage at the reboot time but never updates the info on the display

Configuration: Multiplus 3000
MPPT 150/100 (firmware updated)
CCGX (firmware updated)
BMV712 (firmware updated)

CCGX connected via VE.Direct.cable to the MPPT

How long is the ve direct cable, it should not be over 10Mtrs in length, try a shorter cable between the MPPT unit and the CCGX
