I have installe new CCGX on a installation. When I turn the system on it does not shows any AC load values, only the critical loads value. What is the reason for this?

If your system is setup as an ESS 'Energy Storage System' it is normal for all loads connected to the MultiPlus output to be treated/shown as 'Critical Loads' as they will remain powered by the inverter/battery if AC Input is disconnected.

With a grid meter connected, any loads connected directly to the AC Input side will be treated/shown as regular 'AC Loads' since they will be disconnected in event of a grid failure.
