Hi Dav. In theory, 100A of ac at either 120V or 230V. Enough? :)

In practice, Victron apply a 63A breaker to that on their Easysolar units (a Multi, not a Quattro onboard there, but v similar).

The rate that it can charge batts with is much less, like broadly 3 kW, but subject to other stuff.

How big a genset do you want?

i have a Quottro and a 14KVA genset on my boat but its not big enough, keeps shutting down when too much is teared on, can i just put a 25KVA genset in and use the same Quottro unit?

I think it best you supply us a lot more info. Like what's shutting down, the generator?, or is the Quattro rejecting the genny power? (that's common with some gennies, and there are workarounds).

How big are your loads?
