The multiplus is version 27 , have changed cables all of which are victron , have used 3 different windows laptops but in VE Connect it says device not found , with VEConfigure it does not find a comport when charging from shore power it only charges the lithium batteries to 14 volts and the solar only charges it to 13.6 although the mppt 150 is on setting 7 which is suppose to be the lithium setting
