Hi, i have a problem with the SOC displayed on the CCGX. when the quattro inverter indicates that battery is low, the SOC displayed on the CCGX still reads 88% and the battery voltage is about 38.7v. im using 4 220ah batteries at 48v.

It sounds like those batteries are on their way out.. we do need more info however, do you have a battery monitor installed or are you using the Quattro’s battery monitor? Further, we need to know the relevant battery monitor settings

Make sure the preset values of the CCGX are correct.
