Battery charge limit is not working

Hello community, I'm new here, asking for help :)
If someone could give me a hint, that would be great.

Problem:

My battery charge limit is not working in the Multiplus 2 even when activating the DVCC.

Expected behavior:

The Multiplus would limit the charge current to 3A and with DVCC activated even less down to 2A but I'm seeing high charge current up to 45A +

Setup:

  • 3 x Multiplus 2 in 3-phase system
  • 8 x MPPT's connected to CERBO GX + Smartshunt with 7.7 kW PV power installed
  • 48v/160Ah VRLA GEL battery
  • ESS assistant installed + Grid feed-in activated, no AC PV connected

With DC-Grid-Feed-In enabled the DVCC Charge Current Limit (CCL) has no impact.

The MPPTs MUSST produce the maximum power when feed in is enabled, and the battery will absorb whatever is it's technical limit.

Only the Multiplus will then be tied to the CCL and not provide additional charge (from any AC coupled PV), when the CCL is already exceeded.

With disabled DC-Feed-In, the MPPTs would be throttled to obey the CCL as well.
