Hello, I have an Ekrano GX and, just now, only installed an EM530 (EM530-DIN AC53XS1PFA) via RS485 Adapter.
The EM530 is recognized under Energymeter but is not displayed in the device list. Therefore it is not possible to see the readings.
I have tested the EM530 with the RS485 adapter with the UCS and it works well.
What can be the problem ? Could it be that the problem is that there are no other devices connected now ?
