Easysolar MPPT Pin number not accessible

An installer called from site while commissioning an Easysolar-II GX. They dont have a laptop and need to program the MPPT via bluetooth with their smartphone. The MPPT pin must be the new pin as it wont accept six zero's. 000000. How does the installer find the new PIN or PUK without disassembling the unit.

It can be updated and programmed over the VRM using victron connect.

So connect the GX to wifi, get it logging, register the GX on the VRM and work from there.
