We have an installation where any overload is not remotely recoverable by restarting the Quattro. It gets stuck in Restarting... mode. Restarting the Cerbo however brings back everything. An on-site tech also reported that unplugging and replugging the comms cable at the Cerbo did the same.
Running Firmware version 551 on the Quattro and 3.33 on Cerbo
