MPPT device disappeared from Victron Connect after firmware upgrade

mppt 250/60; color control gx; multiplus II 5000/70/48; BMV700; AGM 8*12/200

Updated the bios via VRM portal (all parts)

in the MPPT "VE SMART networking is in a VE, smart net and waiting for data"

And then The MPPT lost not appearing in VRM (BT work fine with phone mac tablet mac and notebook windows)

reloaded everithing fron ve configure ESS, unplugged & reseted everything that can be unplugged without a spark and nothing.

mppt firmware 1.64 bt interface v2.49 botloader 1.16

can be undone?

What you are saying is the MPPT no longer communicates with the GX via a cable?

To troubleshoot.

Remove the smart network, it should not be used at the same time as the GX and ESS anyway.

Check the communication cable to the GX. Does it appear in the device list? Rolling back the firmware requires a usb to ve direct so if the comms are not working on that port, there is nothing you can do.

Power cycle the MPPT.

If none of those steps resolve the issue then you will have to send it in for a warranty./repair.
