All Bluetooth products pseudo-randomly dissappear from Victron Connect

I've been using the Victron Connect app on my Google Pixel 6 for a year or more, generally with no issues. For the last few months I have been watching up to 7 of my Victron bluetooth products listed on the Local Device List page (they're all located in my garage, so they can connect all at once).

But maybe a week ago I would occasionally open the App open only to have no products listed at all !!

Stopping/restarting the App made no difference, turning Bluetooth ON/OFF on my phone made no difference. The only work around I've found is a complete restart of my phone.

I tried a few experiments:

If the app is working properly (Device List full) and I take the phone well out of bluetooth range (e.g go for a drive) and return, the app still shows all products.

Once the app is working it usually works all day.

If I find the app is not working, it is usually the first time I open the app on any day.

But not always: today it was working for a while, but then it went blank.

All a bit weird, and annoying :-(

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

How do I get Victron Support for this question, I need it sorted please.
