I just released SetupHelper v8.0. This version adds the ability for multiple packages to modify the same file. Packages must be written to allow this to happen so not all previous conflicts will be eliminated by this change.

Include which package(s) you have issues with and the Venus OS (firmware) version and platform (Cerbo, Raspberry Pi, etc). Logs would also be helpful. Refer to the SetupHelper ReadMe for how to extract them.
The previous version is v7.18 and can be downloaded and installed by setting SetupHelper's branch / tag to v7.18.
