Can an old firmware version (154) of MultiPlus be upgraded using Victron Connect?

I have just noticed that the firmware version of the MultiPlus (serial # HQ1441J... or 2021070391), product Id 2609 is woefully obsolete (version 154). Is there a way to use VictronConnect to update it? It'd have the advantage of being able to use Mac/MacOS, vs. being limited to only a Windows machine - as I understand is the case with VEFlash? TIA

No, VictronConnect needs the FW 415 or higher for that.

You need to use VEflash.
